Mr. Adler focuses his practice on complex litigation matters and has experience in a broad range of civil litigation at both the trial court and appellate levels. Additionally, he acts as general counsel to various corporations, partnerships and trade associations as well as represents professional athletes. In his capacity as general counsel, he advises clients on a wide range of issues including structuring organizations, handling business transactions and negotiating contracts.
